*Discounted pricing is based on continuous participation in the program. If the Customer cancels the plan before the total monthly payments made equal or exceed the standard retail value of the services already provided, the customer agrees that all previously rendered services will be recalculated and paid at Tony’s Property Care’s then-current standard retail pricing. In the event of overpayment of services rendered, Tony’s Property Care will refund the excess amount within a reasonable time after cancellation.

What if I just need a one-time service?

Can I add a service anytime and still get a discount?
Yes, you can add or subtract a service at any time and still receive your Member discount. Prices will be recalculated at that time.
If I want to lower my monthly payment, can I cancel an upcoming service?
Yes, you can subtract a service at any time. Prices will be recalculated at that time.
Do I have to sign a new contract every year?
Generally, yes. However, Memberships can be tailored for a 2-year price lock.
Will I be charged for any service I didn't receive?
No, you only pay for the services already rendered. In the event of overpayment, a refund will be issued to you.
Is this a loan?
No. This is not in-house financing. Your credit is not pulled nor checked in any way.
What if I cancel my Membership early?
Full payment for rendered services will be immediately due. Prices will be recalculated without the 10% discount. If you have overpaid, we will refund the excess amount to you within a reasonable time after cancellation.
